The challenge
Booking a table still means phone calls, DMs and no-shows. Bronicat was built to make restaurant reservations effortless for guests and manageable for venues. Guests browse places, pick a time and book in a few taps. Restaurants handle their tables and bookings in one place. The challenge was to build both sides of the marketplace (a guest app and a venue admin) on one real-time backend, and ship it live.

We worked in short, focused sprints, shaping the product step by step and validating each decision with the client before moving on.
Product and scope
We designed the two-sided flow: guests discover venues and book tables by date, time and party size, while restaurants receive and manage those reservations. A web admin lets venues manage tables, availability and incoming bookings.

Build and launch
We developed the mobile app in React Native, the venue web admin in FlutterFlow, both on a Supabase backend for real-time reservations and data. Then we handled the release.
